Warlords of Archaios uses your email to sign you in with a one-time code and send order information. When you place an order, we collect your delivery name and address, the products you choose, and payment references and status.
Payments and delivery
PayPal processes payments through its own secure fields. We do not receive or store your card number or security code. Your delivery details are shared with payment, production, and delivery providers as needed to process and fulfill your order, including providers outside Canada.
Account and cart storage
Cart selections are saved in your browser. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Order and account records are stored privately on our hosting account. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as hashes. We use limited access logs, bot checks, and email and IP request limits to protect accounts and payments.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained for fulfillment, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request access to or correction of your information through the website contact form, using “Shop privacy” as the subject. Information needed to meet legal obligations may need to be retained.
